Rita Mills

Relationship Mentor, Author, Personal Stylist, Cosmetologist 

Compassion and caring for the needs of others has always been at the forefront of every endeavor. With a God-given desire I have stepped out as Founder and President of Rock Intentional Home Ministries to meet the needs of aged-out fostered young adults and their children. With years of experience working with youth and young adults I have been on the front lines developing relationships and walking through life holding the hands of many who have been broken under the weight of neglect and instability.

I am delighted to guide a mission that is set on providing housing facilities and trauma healing for both young men and young women as they navigate through their next phase of life. We are here to support them with the principles of God’s precepts as the core reality to meet every need for the soul of each one in need.

Larry Dan

I'm a husband and dad of three adult children, and seven grandchildren. With an Applied Mathematics degree from CSU Fullerton, I spent over 42 years in high tech engineering management, most recently leading product development of commercial aircraft internet access systems. Since retiring, I've become involved with supporting and mentoring individuals within the foster system.

I have a passion for helping individuals who've come through the foster system to develop living skills and expand their walk with Jesus.

Leslie Freeley

Chief Financial Officer

I am a graduate of Vanguard University with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. I have many years of experience in corporate and non-profit accounting.

I am a wife and mother of three successful daughters and three beautiful grandchildren. 

I have a passion for young people and mentoring them to be successful adults. I strongly believe in teaching and empowering young adults with the powerful love of Jesus, which is in perfect balance of love and discipline.

Dana Haynes

Board Member

Dana Haynes has over 40 years’ experience as a business executive in the real estate and construction industries, and as a litigation consultant and testifying expert.  Since 1987 Dana has been a principal at Citivest, a real estate investment, construction, and property management firm. He has overseen the operations of the company, which specializes in the construction, renovation, and management of residential, retail, office, and industrial properties.  Dana previously served as an elected Director of the Mesa Consolidated Water District. Mr. Haynes received his B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1981 with honors and his M.S. Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1985. 

Mr. Haynes is Chairman of Orange Coast Christian Outreach, which sponsors the annual Mayors Prayer Breakfast for coastal Orange County. Mr. Haynes is active with a number of other charitable organizations. Dana is married to Kathy Haynes and has four adult children and eight grandchildren.
