Rita Mills

Compassion and caring for the needs of others has always been at the forefront of every endeavor. With a God-given desire I have stepped out as Founder and President of Rock Intentional Home Ministries to meet the needs of emancipated fostered young adults and their children. With years of experience working with youth and young adults I have been on the front lines developing relationships and walking through life holding the hands of many who have been broken under the weight of neglect and instability.

I am delighted to guide a mission that is set on providing housing facilities and trauma healing for both young men and young women as they navigate through their next phase of life. We are here to support them with the principles of God’s precepts as the core reality to meet every need for the soul of each one in need.

Danielle Gay

School Psychologist, M.A, Ed.S 

With a heart devoted to service and a deep commitment to giving as God has given to me, I have dedicated my career to supporting and uplifting others. As a school psychologist, I witness firsthand the mental health challenges facing today’s youth, as well as the overwhelming external influences that affect them. I firmly believe in God's calling to be salt and light, offering hope and guidance to those in need.

In my role as Secretary for the RIHM, I am honored to support its vision and mission. RIHM is committed to facilitating trauma healing and providing biblically-based life skills to empower and encourage emancipated foster youth and their children. By equipping these young individuals with the tools they need, we help them lead productive, fruitful lives, fostering hope and transformation through Christ-centered support.

Dantes Rosete

Board Member

I graduated from CSU Long Beach and was a Vice President of a Filipino non-profit organization from 2017 to 2024. I am a family man with a wife and three children. I have helped hundreds of families with financial education and plans. 

My passion is for developing and employing a faith and finance curriculum with young adults and have done so for three non-profit organizations.

Leslie Freeley

Chief Financial Officer

I am a graduate of Vanguard University with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. I have many years of experience in corporate and non-profit accounting.

I am a wife and mother of three successful daughters and three beautiful grandchildren. 

I have a passion for young people and mentoring them to be successful adults. I strongly believe in teaching and empowering young adults with the powerful love of Jesus, which is in perfect balance of love and discipline.

Larry Dan

Board Member

I'm a husband and dad of three adult children, and seven grandchildren. With an Applied Mathematics degree from CSUS, I spent over 42 years in high tech engineering management, most recently leading product development of commercial aircraft internet access systems. Since retiring, I've become involved with supporting and mentoring individuals within the foster system.

I have a passion for helping individuals who've come through the foster system to develop living skills and expand their walk with Jesus.
